Depending on customer demand and after the confirmation of moulds AKSA produced ,we do production of plastic product in house injection machines.Injection of plastic products are made under the constant supervision by keeping the quality as the first priority .We are able to produce in house injection machines upto 300 tones and for the hihger tonnage injections we serve our customers with supplier network.

Dual-component moulds give us a chance the injection of more than one colour or basic materials which have got the material properties in the same mould. Different materials and colours are used in the appearance or different strength requirements. These products are usually produced by using the injection machine have dual or multiple intakes. Dual-component product, can present elegant and aesthetic looking, solutions in different colours and features to your customers.
